Introducing Wendy

INTRODUCING WENDY -- AGE 10

Our community is now sponsoring a beautiful young girl, Wendy, age 10.  Her mother, Purity, cares for her and two other sisters, Doreen and Precious without the support of a husband.    The family was abandoned by the father and now, the mother works at menial jobs to try to support the family.

Sister Joanne reports:  Sponsorship will give Wendy schooling, shoes and uniform, other clothing and bedding, medical and dental care, food, and will pay the rent for the family.  This will enable them to stay in their own room and not put themselves at risk of catching diseases.  Likewise it will improve their standard of living and give Wendy what is most important in life, i.e. a good education.
